1. What’s the asphlat mixing plant?
Asphalt mixing plant is a device that mixes asphalt, crushed stone, ore powder and fibers in a certain ratio and heats it to the mixing temperature to perform mixing. It can produce asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture and colored asphalt mixture. It is necessary equipment for building highways, grade highways, municipal roads, airports and ports.

In addition to road construction,asphalt is also used for maintenance. There are three types of maintenance, preventive maintenance,corrective maintenance, and stress maintenance. 3. How are asphalt mixing plants classified?
According to production capacity, it can be divided into: small type, medium type,and large type.
Small type: Theproductivity is below 40t / h;
Medium type: The productivity is 40 ~ 400t / h;
Large type: The productivity is above 400t / h.
According to the transportation method (migration method), it can be divided into: mobile type, semi-stationary type and stationary type.
Mobile type: The silo and mixing pot have their own tires, which can be transferred with the construction site, suitable for county and township highways and low-grade highway projects;
Semi-stationary type: The equipment is installed on several trailers and assembled at the construction site, mostly for highway construction;
Stationary type: Stationary equipment operation site, also known as asphalt concrete processing plant, suitable for engineering concentration, urban road construction.
According to the process flow (mixing method), it can be divided into: continuous drum type and intermittent forced type.
Continuous drum type: Continuous and uninterrupted mixing production, heating and drying of the aggregate and mixing of the mixture are continuously performed in the same drum;
Forced batch type:The heating and drying of the aggregate and the mixing of the mixture are forced to be performed periodically. The equipment is mixed one pot at a time. The complete cycle is 45s to 60s. The output depends on the device model.
